Delivery Time Frame

Most orders will be shipped within 5–9 business days of being placed. The total processing time may be affected by stock availability, national holidays, and other factors.

Import Taxes and Duties

Except for the United States, some countries/regions have already charged a 10% tax at checkout, and the courier company will not charge customers again.
This includes the UK and EU 27 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Sweden, and Estonia.

For countries not listed above, import taxes, customs duties, and related fees (if applicable) are determined and collected by the customs authorities of the destination country.

How Can I Get My Track & Trace Code?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a Shipping Notification email containing your tracking number and a link to check your order status.

Please note: In some cases, carrier tracking information may become available 1–2 business days after shipment.

Order Address Error

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before shipment.
Once items have been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Will My Package Be Delivered to My Home or to the Post Office?

Your order will normally be delivered directly to your home.
In rare cases, door-to-door delivery may not be available in certain cities, regions, or countries.
