RETURNING & REPLACEMENT & REFUND
At shamrockoutfits, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated QC and QA teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart(s) on the product page.
At shamrockoutfits, returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with all original labels attached and in the original packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
RETURN PROCESS

Contact Us (Email: service@shamrockoutfits.com) and describe which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

Please attach photograph(s) if there are any quality issues.
2. TAKE SUGGESTIONS

Our service team will offer professional suggestions and provide detailed return instructions.
3. RETURN THE GOODS

Place the item(s) in the original packaging and send them via your local post office.
4. REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or exchange according to our return conditions.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned package is received at our warehouse.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION

We do not accept returned items sent back without prior email authorization (support@shamrockoutfits.com).

Any address listed on the parcel is not the return address. Please contact customer service to obtain the correct return address.

Orders returned without an authorized return address provided by our customer service team will not be refunded.

Clearance products do not support returns or exchanges (items labeled “Clearance” or listed in a Clearance collection).
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE

Faulty items that are damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.

Items received in the incorrect size or color.

Unwashed, unworn, and unused items that do not meet expectations.
Please contact our Support Center at service@shamrockoutfits.com as soon as possible if any of the above situations occur.
If you decide you no longer want the item, you may request a partial refund of the item cost within 14 days of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:

Items outside the 14-day return window.

Washed, worn, used, or misused items.

Items under the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie.

Clearance sale items.
RETURN CONDITIONS

Please contact us within 30 days from the day you receive your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, pajamas, swimwear, and accessories.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered will not be accepted.

Returns sent without prior approval from our return staff will not be accepted.

Once the returned merchandise is received, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shamrockoutfits is not responsible for any costs not paid directly to shamrockoutfits, including customs duties, VAT, or return shipping fees. -
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please double-check your return before shipping. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & ADDRESS

Please contact our after-sales service team to obtain the correct return address.

All return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

We recommend using the most economical registered airmail service available through your local post office.
ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 15% cancellation fee.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
ABOUT DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates. Shamrockoutfits is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, holidays, or incorrect customer information.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been packed or shipped.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. Shamrockoutfits is not liable for lost packages in this case.
Shamrockoutfits strongly recommends purchasing shipping insurance at checkout.
Orders without shipping insurance are not covered for shipping-related issues.
ABOUT TAX
Import taxes vary by country and are determined by local regulations.
Shamrockoutfits is not responsible for any import taxes or duties incurred. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Currently, shamrockoutfits has not authorized any third-party sellers. Purchases made through unauthorized third parties are not covered by our warranty.
